EUFIC is a highly respected, consumer-oriented non-profit organisation founded in 1995 to make the science behind food and health more accessible and easier for the public to understand. EUFIC’s mission is to produce and disseminate science-based information and undertake activities to empower and facilitate healthier and more sustainable diets and lifestyles among European citizens.
Since 2003, the Sabri Ülker Foundation has collaborated with EUFIC by way of translating a selection of their key peer-reviewed science-based articles into Turkish. These were then disseminated widely to the Turkish public via our original website.
